"Indians' Football . . . CIC Champs" two-page spread from the 1968 Tomahawk yearbook (pages 270-271). 1968 was a glorious year for the OU Indians, and Marlin Briscoe was a key part of their triumph. From the season summary, "Briscoe completed 140 of 252 passes for 2283 yards and 25 touchdowns. His per game average in total offense was 263.7 yards." In the team photo on the bottom left, he is in the second row, sixth from the left. On the facing page, he is in the lower image, the fourth standing person from the left.

He also appears in photo of the team captains, standing on the right (#27). This is his only appearance in the 1967 yearbook, due to an unfortunate neck injury that kept him from playing. Without Marlin, OU had a dismal season, losing nine out of ten games.
